BCE Bearmail 3/7/14

March 7, 2014

Dear BCE Families,

Update ~ Today there was a lot of activity down on Hwy 9 involving units from the fire and sheriffs departments.  As a precautionary measure, while we were gathering all the information from the sheriff, we had our students “Shelter in Place” or stay in their classroom until we knew all the facts and were confident that our campus was secure.

Fire Chief McClish has assured us that our campus and students were never in danger; however we will always err on the side of caution where our students are concerned.

Thank you for your support.

Lost and Found ~ Our Lost & Found area is overflowing with jacket, sweaters, lunch boxes, shirts, hats, sweatshirts, etc.  Please come by and take a look.  It would be a shame to have to replace items that are sitting here waiting to be claimed.

Lunch Cards ~ Please don’t forget you can check on the balance and pay for your student’s lunch card online.  You’ll find the link at the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District web site under the Student Nutrition Services tab.
