Dear BCE Families,
Wednesday ~ Just a reminder that next Wednesday will NOT be an Early Out day. We will have a regular full day schedule on Wednesday, June 11.
Thursday ~ Thursday will be the last student day for the 2013-'14 school year. Students in grades 1-5 will be dismissed at 12:15 pm. Kindergartners will be dismissed at their regular time of 11:50 am. Please note that there will be no kindergarten bus; kindergarten students may ride the regular school buses that will depart from BCE at 12:20 pm.
Lost & Found ~ The lost and found pile continues to grow! Please come by and take a look to see if anything belongs to your student. Any items left after the last day of school will be donated to charity.
Library ~ The BCE library is closed for the school year. Please return any library books your student still may have. Payment for lost or damaged books can be made in the office. Thank you!
Science Camp ~ Our 5th graders have returned from their time at Science Camp! It's great to have them back, but I know they had a wonderful time and learned a lot. I made my way up to Camp Campbell on Thursday morning before breakfast and was happy to see so many happy, smiling faces. This has been an experience they'll remember forever! Thank you for supporting them both financially and emotionally and a special THANK YOU to our 5th grade teachers, Mr. Carson, Ms. Foxworthy, and Mrs. Muirhead, for going above and beyond to provide this wonderful opportunity to our 5th graders.

The San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District does not sponsor or endorse any of the organizations or events that are located here.
The Flyer Process for San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District is posted on the "home" page of the District website at www.slvusd.org. The flyers and/or blurbs are no longer inserted into the school newsletters or distributed to the children. The District is making an effort to reduce the amount of paper that is sent home with your child(ren) and is working together to streamline the newsletter so that you read about the most important information regarding your child's school. The District has created a website where all of the approved flyers will be posted (Community Opportunity).
