Dear BCE Families,
Did you miss out on the Carnival Silent Auction? Was your bid not the winning one? You are in luck. There are still auction items available for bidding.
We will be hosting a "blind" auction from Thursday, June 5 to Tuesday, June 10, 3:30 PM. There are two ways to participate:
1) Submit your "Best Offer Bid" on the attached form in the last column to the right of item. Note, the amount must be at the starting bid value or higher. The bid must be placed on the form with complete contact information. The form may be returned to your child's teacher, in the BCE Office, or by emailing to bcepc.execs@gmail.com. The form must be received by the time the office closes on Tuesday, June 10. Winners will be noticed Tuesday evening by email. If there is a tie for the highest bid, the names will be drawn to determine the winner of the item.
2) Submit "Buy Out Right" for the item's discounted price. If this option is used, the item will be removed immediately from the auction. The bid must be place by email to bcepc.execs@gmail.com in order to time stamp bid's submittal.All items must be paid for by Tuesday, June 17.
The silent auction has raised close to $9,000. This second round has the potential of push us over $10,000. Help us reach our goal.

The flyers and/or blurbs are no longer inserted into the school newsletters or distributed to the children. The District is making an effort to reduce the amount of paper that is sent home with your child(ren) and is working together to streamline the newsletter so that you read about the most important information regarding your child's school.
