Dear Parent / Guardian,
It is time for the annual parent survey! I would like to invite you to please take a few minutes to participate in this year's survey. Your input is valuable and will assist your school's administrator to better serve the students in your school. For those parents/guardians that do not have internet access, hard copy surveys will be available in the school offices.
The link to the survey will be open through Friday, May 23, 2014.
