Special BCE Bearmail 5/12/16 - Open House TONIGHT!!!

May 12, 2016

Dear BCE Families,

Open House is TONIGHT!!!  Come along and enjoy some food at the BBQ (5-6:15), browse the book fair in the library (5:30-7:30), see some art in the MP room (5-7:30), listen to the band (5:45-6:20) and visit the classrooms, computer lab and science lab (6:30-7:30).  Parking will be available on the lower playground after 5 pm.  Students visiting computer and science labs must be accompanied by an adult.  Please support all of our community by helping to make this a scent-free event.

BCE annual carnival is this SATURDAY, 5/14/16, 10:30 - 3:30!  We still need volunteers for various activities, so if you are able to join in the fun by helping out for even a very short period of time, please sign up on your teacher's door or another teacher's door as you are enjoying open house this evening.

The BCE Way:  BE RESPECTFUL, BE SAFE, BE RESPONSIBLE

The Flyer Process for San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District is posted on the "home" page of the District website at www.slvusd.org.   The flyers and/or blurbs are no longer inserted into the school newsletters or distributed to the children.  The District is making an effort to reduce the amount of paper that is sent home with your child(ren) and is working together to streamline the newsletter so that you read about the most important information regarding your child's school.  The District has created a website where all of the approved flyers will be posted (Community Opportunity).
